  1. 紅毛丹植物護髮乳(Hair cream from Rambutan): 本護髮乳採用富含多酚的紅毛丹植物萃取液,可減少毛髮帶靜電,使頭髮易於梳理,且防止髮絲分叉、斷裂,滋養髮質。
  2.  台灣藜益生菌A+(Djulis probiotics):台灣藜益生菌A+ ,含益生菌可幫助維持消化道機能、改變細菌叢生態,使排便順暢之外,並結合台灣藜、支鏈胺基酸與麩醯胺酸,可增強體力。
  3.  寶藜酵素(BoLi-zyme):寶藜酵素含紅藜酵素、植物酵素及支鏈胺基酸,促進新陳代謝,調整體質,使精神旺盛,養顏美容。
  4.  紅藜絡醇滴丸(Djulis dropping- pill):紅藜絡醇滴丸,採用獨特紅藜脂萃物,具有豐富的紅藜植物固醇,及甘蔗元素等機能性成分,可調節生理機能,製成滴丸形式,方便使用。

  7. 電場+調氣包裝保鮮新技術(New Technology of Postharvest to Extend Shelf-life of Fresh Vegetables): 本技術首創結合高壓靜電場與調氣包裝,使截切青花菜、截切高麗菜與玉米筍之保鮮期,各達40天、60天與42天,突破了擴展外銷與調節產期的契機。
 
Natural health and hair care
Characteristic
The application of natural plant ingredient is highlighted recently in the whole word based on the human health issue. We extracted the nutraceutical polyphenols, betanin and triterpene from Djulis-the ruby of cereal in Taiwan, and make it into probiotics, SOD-enzyme product, dropping pill to help people in maintaining gastrointestinal health, refresh and preventing the Three-Hypers series. Furthermore, scorched brown Djulis was conducted by a special treatment to increase the inhibition of carbohydrate hydrolysis enzymes, and suitable for baked goods. Rambutan leaf extract was also used to make into hair cream, which showed significant improvement in preventing the hair from splitting (confirmed by SEM) and lead to soft and nourishment of the hair. As to the new technology of postharvest, it may extend the shelf-life of fresh-cut broccoli, cabbage and baby corn to 40, 60 and 42 days, respectively. This is a good opportunity to explore the export market and the adjustment of huge wastage of fresh vegetables production.
 
 
 
 
 
 
林下金線連栽培與生技多元產品開發
台灣金線連(A. formosanus) 是臺灣原生特有的一種蘭花,民間把它作為藥用植物,因此也被稱為「藥王」、或「藥虎」,意味其具有多樣保健功效能預防多種疾病,日前已被衛生署公告為可供食用材料。
榮獲「國家農業科學獎」最優團隊的陳美惠教授,15年來培訓山村居民一起養蜂、種植蕈菇、段木香菇與培養金線連,透過媒合農產品加工製造提升農產品利用率及附加價值,推出黑木耳露、五穀冰棒,本次更以金線連為主要食材,烘乾加工研製成料理包、茶飲包、餅乾等。
生物科技系施玟玲教授則以其專長,以林下栽培台灣金線連為原料,萃取其類黃酮等機能性成分,進行符合國際規範之安全性評估試驗,設計延緩肌膚老化、提升肌膚對環境傷害的保護力、保濕整合配方,研製台灣金線連保濕面膜、台灣金線連延緩肌膚老化精華霜。
屏科大多年來致力於永續發展與大學社會責任之教育、研究、推廣與實踐,未來更將著力在農業的永續發展目標,結合產官學研共同推動,以提升永續議題永續發展目標的認識逐步轉化成為共識與實踐。
 
Forest Farming and Biotechnology Product Development of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata
Characteristic
Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata (A. formosanus) is a kind of native orchid in Taiwan. It is used as a medicinal plant by the folks, so it is also called “the king of medicine” or “the tiger of medicine”, which means that it has a variety of health effects and can prevent many kinds of the disease. It has been announced as an edible material by the ministry of health and welfare.
Professor Mei-Hui Chen, who won the “National Agricultural Science Award” for the best team, has trained village residents to keep bees, cultivated mushrooms, cut-log mushrooms, and cultivate A. formosanus together for more than 15 years. Through the processing and manufacturing of matched agricultural products increase the utilization rate and additional value of agricultural products, such as black fungus dew and five-grain popsicles. This time, A. formosanus is used as the main ingredient by drying and processing into cooking bags, tea bags, cookies, etc.
Professor Wen-Ling Shih from the Department of Biotechnology, by using her expertise, to utilize the forest farming of A. formosanus as raw material, extracts its flavonoids and other functional ingredients, and conducts safety evaluation tests that conform to the international standards. Integrating formulas designed to delay skin aging, enhance skin’s protection and keep skins moisturization to against environmental damage, further developed of A. formosanus moisturizing facial mask and A. formosanus anti-aging skin cream.
National Ping-Tung University of Science and Technology has been committed to the education, research, promotion and practice of sustainable development and university social responsibility for many years. In the future, it will focus on the sustainable development goal of agriculture, combined with industry, government, education and research to promote sustainable development. 醫美生物材料研發技術~魚皮膠原蛋白人工痂皮的傷口修復套組

本產品以膠原蛋白含量高達90%以上之鱸鰻魚皮膠原蛋白應用為開發主軸,藉由生物製劑量產技術,萃取出高濃度、高純度完整長度膠原蛋白,製成膠原蛋白敷料凝膠,搭配高生物相容性生物纖維乾膜,可在傷口形成類自然生成之痂皮結構,隔絕開放式傷口微生物感染問題、降低換藥頻率,提供傷口修復最佳的微環境,大幅減少疤痕組織產生。
Medical Cosmetics and Medical Device Design: High Performance Eel Collagen Artificial Scab Wound Dressing

This product was developed with highly purified long-chain eel skin collagen combined with bio-cellulose film. To make a wound dressing kit that forms the artificial scab covering on the skin wound. This artificial scab can shield from bacterial infection and provide the wound healing microenvironment to mimic the nature of scab in wound healing. It lowers the exchange frequency of the medical dressing and minimizes the formation of scar tissue.
 
 
 
無血清全懸浮培養細胞運用於病毒抗原量產

本校動物疫苗科技研究所成立於民國94年,是台灣最早成立的疫苗與佐劑技術的研究所,為全國第一且唯一的疫苗研究所,不僅具有動物疫苗先導工廠及動物製劑試量產中心同時有完整疫苗佐劑開發設施的疫苗及佐劑研發中心及動物疾病診斷中心之動物實驗室。病毒疫苗以傳統細胞技術培養成本高昂,需要附著於微載體與添加動物血清才能在生物培養槽中進行懸浮培養,因此生產成本高昂與產能穩定度是疫苗產品商業化的重大挑戰。為提高本國疫苗生產技術與產業需求,本校研究團隊開發血清懸浮適應性細胞,無須細胞貼附載體與血清培養,可去除疫苗病毒抗原生產過程可能汙染來源,使製程單純化與生產成本降低,同時建構新穎疫苗生產流程以穩定疫苗品質與產能,利於藥證申請與產品商業化,有效提高國際市場價格競爭力。
Serum-free and suspension-cultured cell lines for mass production of viral antigens

” The Serum Free and Suspension-Cultured Cell Lines for Mass Production of Viral Antigens” is constructed on suspension adaptive cell strains, VeroSFS, BHK21SFS or PK15SFS are screened and amplified from natural mutant Vero, BHK21 or PK15 cells, which grows in rotary suspension cell culture flask under computer controlling the rotation speed of the rotor and adjusts the flow rate, oxygen content, temperature, and pH of the culture fluid in time to optimize the culture conditions, effectively increasing the successful probability of virus inoculation, replication and yield. The effective mass productivity (market technology/ serum free and suspension-cultured cell lines), such as Pseudorabies virus (10^7.5/10^10 in BHK21SFS), Porcine infectious diarrhea virus (10^4.5 /10^8.5 in PK15SFS), Very virulent infectious bursal disease viruses (10^3.5 /10^8.5 in VeroSFS), Newcastle virus (10^7.5 /10^9.5 in BHK21SFS), Avian reovirus (10^6.5/10^8.5 in BHK21SFS). The industrial application is as follows: 1. Manufacturing various vaccines. 2. Reducing the cost of vaccine preparation. 3. Virus production with high efficiency: The data shows that it can increase the output by 1000 times than others. 4. 蜜檸紅寶石茶
產品特色
  1. 蜜檸紅寶石茶:本產品使用檸檬榨汁後果皮取其果膠、檸檬皮絲作為膳食纖維來源,生產過剩之火龍果可增加口味之飽滿感及顏色,加入蜂蜜使之層次感提升,為香氣十足、營養兼具之飲品。可直接加熱開水沖調成檸檬茶,香味四溢,另可當果醬或加入蛋糕、烘焙西點使用。
  2. 柚香手部衛生清潔劑:收集柚子皮廢棄物,利用數種加工方式萃取其活性成分,製成具有抑菌能力之手部清潔劑,不僅提升個人防疫能力,遠離感染源,常保健康更成功將農業廢棄物轉化成綠色經濟,提升農產品附加價值。
  3. 柑橘類食器洗滌劑:本研究採用柑橘類的檸檬、橘子、柳丁或柚子皮為材料,萃取其活性分子,混合乙醇、起泡劑後研製天然的味道的柑橘類食器洗滌劑,使用起來邊洗碗還能聞到淡淡的柑橘味,其成分天然,使用起來更安心。
  4. 洋蔥調味油:收購屏東恆春洋蔥,利用數種加工方式萃取其活性成分,製成具有洋蔥風味的烹調用油,可減少烹調時的爆香步驟,省時省力,更將盛產期低價的農產品轉化成高經濟產物,提升農產品價值。
 
Food trend
Characteristic
Lemon and other citrus fruit are easily over-production in special season, and it would damage the economics of farmer and industry. Therefore, government gave advice to industry to juicing lemon and orange citrus, but it produce lots of peel waste as well. Hence, we need to utilize food processing technology to increase value of citrus peel. The objective of this study is to find the best processing way to keep most of active nutrients in citrus peel. In addition, it could be develop more novel drink, functional food, food additive even edible tool for drinking and eating. At the same time, it can increase competitiveness and economic value of whole industry after us applying our technology on market. In summary, our research will present over three of our result and product in public exhibition, and complete three item of technology transfer announcement within three years. Furthermore, we keep contacting with more companies and to create more economic way for citrus fruit industry.
