全球機械手臂需求因從2020年疫情時期大幅度成長,從基礎的民生醫療、食品、汽車製造、電子零件等不同產業,都可利用機械手臂取代為數不少的人力需求,故機械手臂相關的產業應用與發展在現今社會佔有非常重要的地位。圖1為2021-2023年全球機器人流程自動化市場規模預估,從2021年疫情後的22.7億美元至2024年的52.3億美元呈現2.3倍的成長幅度,預估至2030年將擴大至187億美元,且其2021年至2030年之年均複合成長率(Compound Annual Growth Rate,CAGR)達到26.4%,顯示機械手臂未來成長與發展強度,於工業製造與自動化發展領域仍有非常大的成長空間。 全球機械手臂產業應用領域發展廣泛,且其智慧自動化設備的整合是企業實現ESG (Environmental、Social、Governance,ESG)淨零碳排的關鍵核心,透過自動化設備與機械手臂的整合,且搭配機台上架設之各種感測器所擷取之大數據資訊分析,可協助自動化產業相關永續經營課題之實現。…

本系統以「屏東在地山羊產業」為驗證場域,以資訊化、數位化和物聯化為方向進行系統優化和落地試驗,將飼養管理流程數位化,並透過藍牙傳輸技術將磅秤中之肉羊體重同步至系統,藉此讓業者進行山羊重量紀錄與換肉率評估等參考數據。實現步驟包含:(1)資訊化:以使用者訪談方式彙整業者關注的飼養參數,作為資料庫設計與關聯模型之依據,開發出Web端的管理平台,讓業者能透過行動裝置於現場進行飼養資料查詢與紀錄;(2)物聯化:將物聯網感測技術導入至當地羊場,將既有的羊隻飼養資料與生理資訊導入資訊化與物聯化系統中;並結合開放式物聯網WoT,讓業者能夠快速新增感測裝置,並把感測器型號、感測項目、感測數據等資料型別進行詮釋資料的建置與服務串接。(3)資料視覺化:利用資料視覺化圖表呈現數據資料,讓業者能夠進行即時的決策輔助;(4)換肉率自動計算:利用藍牙磅秤進行重量的即時傳輸,並串接至平台秤重紀錄中(5)對話服務平台:利用對話服務平台裡的問答集的功能,整合團隊找尋的山羊飼養相關知識,讓業者能夠即時解決手中遇到的問題,省去資料搜索的時間。…

紡織布料自動化檢測是紡織產業中一項具有重要意義的技術創新。傳統上,紡織布料的檢測主要依賴人工操作,需要大量的人力和時間。然而,這種方式存在著效率低下、並有主觀性以及成本高昂的問題,為了克服這些挑戰,紡織業開始引入自動化檢測系統。本計畫所建構之檢測系統結合了機器視覺、圖像處理和機器學習等先進技術,能夠以更快速、準確和客觀的方式對紡織布料進行檢測和分類。用於檢測布料直線偏移與瑕疵與並紀錄偏移數值與圖像,能夠確保產品的品質。…

氣候變遷對農業生態系統帶來的巨大挑戰。根據最新統計,台灣今年極端高溫日數預計高達48天,較往年平均增加了6.6-8.5天。這些氣候變異不僅影響日夜溫差,更深刻地干擾了授粉者─植物、天敵─害蟲─作物之間的生態互動。面對這樣的挑戰,我們實驗室在生物防治領域取得了重要突破,特別是在漿黑卵蜂和赤眼蜂的研究方面。發現高密度的沃爾巴克氏菌(wCcep)感染可導致F1代寄生蜂的菌量暴增至原來的100倍,這個發現為害蟲防治提供了嶄新的思路。更重要的是,我們觀察到寄主免疫系統在wCcep傳遞過程中扮演關鍵角色,這些都是極具創新性的發現。…

發炎反應在近年研究中被發現與多種疾病均有相當高的關聯,除了一般所知的炎症之外,包含惡性腫瘤(癌症)、甚至精神方面之疾病,如焦慮、憂鬱或認知障礙等。因此抗發炎藥物或天然化合物,或是益生菌等產品市場也同時受到重視。因此相關產品的研發為目前生物醫學領域之重點之一,除了藥物之外,不少天然萃取物,以及近年新興發展之碳量子點因其結構或化學特性,而被推測可能具有抗發炎或調節免疫之能力。而目前對於這些可能化合物是否有預期之效果大多仍先以細胞實驗進行,若有預期效果再進入動物實驗進一步確認。本計畫主要在建立免疫細胞在器官晶片及微幫浦設備中,以立體培養及流動培養液方式使細胞生長環境接近於在活體中,並用以測試合作對象所研發之化合物對免疫細胞抗發言或提升免疫力之效用,藉此建立細胞在器官晶片中立體培養的模型。另外因應近年對動物實驗3R精神的實踐愈發重視,開發能夠替代動物試驗之研究平台亦相形重要,並可提供校內外研究單位或產業界分析其研發成品之抗發炎或調節免疫能力之服務,並期望達到取代動物試驗之目標。…

本研究目的是以無線通訊為基礎,結合軟/硬體創新技術,研發建構溫室氣體動態監控物聯網技術,實現遠端量測數據傳送及監控目標。透過即時數據監控,包括土壤狀況及氣候的狀況,及田區碳排放的狀況、藉由數據關聯性研究分析,研發一套植物生長最佳碳排的農法。再透過物聯網及自動化技術,整合及設計增置相關周邊配套設備,以實現新農法,確保最佳碳排放。鑒於水稻是國內種植面積最廣的作物,初期是以水稻種植減碳為研發標的,後續將推廣至其他農作物。中長程目標,則持續研發相關適用於畜牧及水產養殖產業的減碳的設備及系統,讓國內整體的最佳農業減碳環境可以早日實現。…

At present, this product can be used to treat large-scale abrasions, burns and other wounds in animals. After necessary debridement, this bio-cellulose membrane dressing can be directly covered on the wound surface, and covered with ordinary gauze. It is estimated that if the exudate is not obvious, there is no need to change the dressing until it dries and falls off naturally. If it is necessary to change the dressing, the dressing is only needed to moisten with water and it can be easily removed. The effect of different light qualities on CO2 emission in cultivated lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) was calculated by using 11 different light qualities (red, blue, white, UV-365, UV-385, and far-red), with a light quantity (BPFD, range: 300-800 nm) of 200 µmol m-2 s-1 . The environment was set as follows: day/night temperature 24/22 °C, RH 85 %, CO2 concentration 1200 ppm, and photoperiod 16/8 hours. Content of Cross-School Research and Development Cinnamomum osmophloeum leaves (Fig.1) contain active components that regulate inflammatory responses, aiding in the alleviation of inflammation symptoms. Additionally, the antioxidants present in these leaves are capable of scavenging free radicals, thereby protecting cells from oxidative damage. Currently, there is a lack of research exploring the application of active substances from Cinnamomum osmophloeum leaves leaves(Fig.2及3) in the aquaculture industry. This study aims to investigate the potential of Taiwan cinnamon leaves in enhancing the disease resistance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii (Fig.2) . The application of bioinformatics in biological adjuvant development aims to leverage computational tools, data analysis, and predictive modeling to accelerate the discovery, design, and optimization of effective adjuvants. By enhancing our understanding of the immune system and its interactions with adjuvants, bioinformatics contributes to the development of safer and more potent vaccines and therapeutic treatments. In this study, our aim is to utilize bioinformatic tools for the analysis of Streptococcus suis Suilysin as a biological adjuvant. Subsequently, we will clone, express, and evaluate the immunostimulant effect of the screened recombinant Suilysin proteins in vitro.
